Completion of the sale of 100 per cent of the shares in KD Banka d.d.

KD Group, financial company, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, 1000 Ljubljana, hereby announces that, with effect from 11 July 2012, the sale process was completed, whereby Factor Banka d.d. became the owner of a 100 per cent stake in KD Banka d.d.. Both KD Group d.d., as the seller, and Factor Banka d.d., as the buyer, have fulfilled all the conditions precedent set out in the sale agreement, including the obtaining of the relevant authorisation from the Bank of Slovenia. KD Banka d.d. continues to operate as an independent legal entity.
