Pursuant to Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 and in accordance with Article 146 of the Financial Instruments Market Act, KD Group, finančna družba, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana (hereinafter: KD Group d.d.), hereby publishes a notice regarding a change in the total number of treasury shares and the new total number of treasury shares as at 30 April 2019:
• the total number of all issued shares registered in the central register of shareholders of the issuer KD Group d.d., maintained by KDD d.d.:
• 2,675,640; total number of own shares: 204,406 own shares, representing 7.64%
• total number of shares with voting rights: 2,471,234, representing 92.36 per cent of all issued shares.
This notice will also be published on the company’s website www.kd-group.com under ‘Public Announcements’ from 7 May 2019 onwards, and will remain there for at least 5 years from the date of publication.
