Change in the total number of shares with voting rights

Pursuant to Article 149 of the Financial Instruments Market Act, KD Group, finančna družba, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana (hereinafter: KD Group d.d.), hereby announces a change to the total number of shares with voting rights bearing the symbol KDHR, resulting from the implementation of a corporate action to reduce the share capital through the cancellation of own shares
. Following the reduction of the share capital through the cancellation of own shares, the company has, as at 31 July 2020:
- the total number of all issued KDHR shares registered in the central register of shareholders of the issuer, KD Group d.d., maintained by KDD d.d.: 2,337,613•
    total number with voting rights: 2,337,613, representing 100% of all issued shares.

This notice will also be published on the company’s website www.kd-group.com under ‘Public Announcements’ from 3 August 2020 onwards, and will remain there for at least 5 years from the date of publication.
