Pursuant to Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 and in accordance with Articles 126 and 136 of the Financial Instruments Market Act, KD Group, finančna družba, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana (hereinafter: KD Group d.d.), in connection with the notification of a change in the number of treasury shares dated 6 October 2017, hereby publishes a notice regarding a change in the total number of own shares and the new total number of own shares as at 31 October 2017:
- the total number of all issued shares registered in the central register of shareholders of the issuer, KD Group d.d., maintained by KDD d.d.: 2,675,640,
- total number of treasury shares: 262,201, representing 9.8% of all issued shares,
- total number of shares with voting rights: 2,413,439, representing 90.2% of all issued shares.
