Change in the proportion of the supervisory board member’s securities held in the issuer’s share capital

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d. and the ZTVP-1 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 51/06, UPB 2), KD Group, d.d., Ljubljana, hereby issues the following announcement:

KD Holding, finančna družba, d.d., Celovška cesta 206, Ljubljana (hereinafter: KD Holding d.d.) has received notification from a member of the Supervisory Board of KD Holding d.d., Mr Bojan Sekavčnik, that on 19 June 2007 he acquired, free of charge (by inheritance), 2 shares in the issuer KD Holding d.d., with the ticker symbol KDHR. Following this acquisition, he holds 5 KDHR shares, representing 0.0002 per cent of the voting rights (of KDHR shares).

This notice will also be published on the website www.kd-group.com under ‘Public Announcements’ from 26 June 2007 until further notice.
