Change in the proportion of the supervisory board member’s securities held in the issuer’s share capital

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d. and the ZTVP-1 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 51/06, UPB 2), KD Group, d.d., Ljubljana hereby issues the following announcement:

KD Holding, finančna družba, d.d., Celovška cesta 206, Ljubljana (hereinafter: KD Holding d.d.) has received a notification from Mr Alojz Penko, a member of the supervisory board of KD Holding d.d., that on 30 January 2007 he acquired 80 shares of the issuer KD Holding d.d., with the ticker symbol KDHR, on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, with a total value of EUR 4,295.50. Following the transaction, Alojz Penko holds 250 KDHR shares, representing a 0.009 per cent stake in all KDHR shares.

The company will also publish this notice on its website www.kd-group.si from 2 February 2007 until further notice, under the ‘Notices’ section in the ‘Public Announcements’ category.
