KD Group, finančna družba, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana, hereby announces, pursuant to Article 386 of the Financial Instruments Market Act, that it has today received the document ‘Audited interim financial statements of the KD Group with the independent auditor’s report for the period from 1 January to 30 September 2014’, which is attached to this notice.
