ATVP authorisation for the organised trading of KDH1 bonds and publication of an extract from the prospectus

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d. and the ZTVP-1 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 56/99), KD Group, d.d., Ljubljana, hereby issues the following announcement:

The Management Board of KD Holding, finančna družba, d.d., Ljubljana (hereinafter: KD Holding) hereby informs the public that on 23 November 2005, the Securities Market Agency of the Republic of Slovenia, under ref. no. 11/322/AG-05-(835), granted KD Holding a licence for organised trading in the first issue of bonds, namely 400,000 registered bonds, each with a nominal value of EUR 100, totalling a nominal amount of EUR 40,000,000.
An extract from the prospectus for organised trading in KDH1 bonds is published in the attachment; together with the prospectus, it is also published under the heading ‘Prospectus’, and the company will also publish these documents on its website.

From 30 November 2005 until further notice, the company will also publish this notice on the website www.kd-group.si under the ‘Notices’ section within the ‘Public Announcements’ heading.
