Appointment of the Executive Director

KD Group, finančna družba, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, 1000 Ljubljana, hereby announces that, at its meeting on 28 January 2016, appointed Jure Kvaternik as the company’s Executive Director, who is not a member of the Board of Directors, with a term of office until 16 November 2017. The Board of Directors has assigned the business areas of finance, accounting and controlling to the new Executive Director, Jure Kvaternik. In addition to treasury, corporate development and capital investment management, the Board of Directors has also assigned Aljoša Tomaž the business areas of sales, brand management, and research and development.
