In accordance with Article 110 of the ZTFI, KD Group, finančna družba, d.d., Celovška cesta 206, Ljubljana, hereby publishes the audited Annual Report of the KD Group and KD Group d.d. for the financial year 2010. The Annual Report was adopted by the company’s Board of Directors at its meeting on 21 April 2011.
