Annual report

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d. and the ZTVP-1 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 56/99), KD Group, d.d., Ljubljana hereby publishes the following announcement:

KD Holding, finančna družba, d.d., Celovška 206, Ljubljana, pursuant to Article 22.d of the ZTVP-1, publishes its Annual Document, which contains all the information that has been published in accordance with the regulations governing securities in the Republic of Slovenia over the last 12 months on the websites of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d. and SEOnet.

The Annual Document will also be published from 28 July 2006 until further notice on the website www.kd-group.si under ‘Notices’ in the ‘Public Announcements’ section.
