KD Holding, financial company, d.d., Celovška cesta 206, Ljubljana, hereby publishes the audited annual report of the KD Holding Group for 2007 and the audited annual report of KD Holding d.d. for 2007, and also publishes summaries of both audited annual reports in the Public Announcements section.

The documents are available in electronic form on the websites of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d. (SEOnet) and the company’s website www.kd-group.com from 23 June 2008 onwards, for a period of at least five years from the date of publication.
