Summary of the press conference held on 22 December 2004

In accordance with the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d. and the ZTVP-1 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 56/99), KD d.d., Ljubljana, hereby issues the following announcement:

At a press conference on 22 December 2004, the KD Group presented the key business developments of the current year, whilst the speakers also outlined their expectations for the coming year.
Matjaž Gantar, Director of the KD Group, believes that all divisions of the Group operated successfully in 2004 and are therefore satisfied with the results. “This year, as we mark our 10th anniversary, we have expanded our asset management activities, crossed borders with our own management companies and investment funds, expanded our sales channels, developed new products and obtained ISO certification,” said Matjaž Gantar, the Group’s CEO, summarising the outgoing financial year in a few words.
