Matjaž Gantar, Director of KD Group, finančna družba, d.d., Ljubljana, and other representatives of the KD Group provided further details at yesterday’s press conference on 19 May 2005 regarding the merger of KD Group d.d., Ljubljana, with KD Holding d.d., Ljubljana, and discussed the Group’s other activities in 2005, including intensive expansion into foreign markets, the diversification of its range of financial services and the launch of two new funds on the Slovenian financial market.
