Report on the remuneration of the management and supervisory bodies and the executive director of KD d.d. for the financial year 2024

Pursuant to Article 294.b of the Companies Act, KD, finančna družba, d.d., Dunajska 63, Ljubljana, hereby publishes, in the attached document, the Report on the Remuneration of the Management and Supervisory Bodies and the Chief Executive Officer of KD d.d. for the financial year 2024, which was unanimously adopted at the company’s 35th General Meeting of Shareholders held on 15 May 2025.


The Report on the Remuneration of the Management and Supervisory Bodies and the Executive Director of KD d.d. for the financial year 2024 has also been published on the company’s website www.kd-fd.si from 15 May 2025 onwards for a period of ten years.
