Report on the remuneration of the management and supervisory bodies and the executive director of KD d.d. for the 2022 financial year

Pursuant to Article 294.b of the Companies Act, KD, finančna družba, d.d., Dunajska 63, Ljubljana, hereby publishes, in the attached document, the Report on the Remuneration of the Management and Supervisory Bodies and the Executive Director of KD d.d. for the financial year 2022, which was unanimously adopted at the company’s 32nd General Meeting of Shareholders held on 8 August 2023.


The Report on the Remuneration of the Management and Supervisory Bodies and the Executive Director of KD d.d. for the financial year 2022 has also been published on the company’s website www.kd-fd.si from 8 August 2023 onwards for a period of ten years.
