Publication of unaudited, non-consolidated financial statements

In accordance with the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d.d., Ljubljana, and the applicable legislation, the company KD d.d., Ljubljana, hereby publishes its unaudited, unconsolidated financial statements for the year 2008

. The unaudited, unconsolidated financial statements for the year 2008 will also be published from 31 3 March 2009 onwards, they will also be published on the company’s website at www.kd-fd.si under ‘Public Announcements’.
