Publication of unaudited, non-consolidated financial statements

In accordance with the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d.d., Ljubljana, and the applicable legislation, KD d.d., Ljubljana hereby publishes its unaudited, unconsolidated financial statements for the year 2007

. KD Group, finančna družba, d.d., Celovška 206, Ljubljana, in accordance with Article 386 of the ZTFI, we hereby publish the unaudited, unconsolidated financial statements for the year 2007 in the annex.
The unaudited, unconsolidated financial statements for 2007 will also be published on the company’s website, www.kd-group.com, under ‘Public Announcements’, from 31 March 2008 onwards.
We shall submit the unaudited, unconsolidated financial statements for 2007 to the Agency for Public Registers and Services on 31 March 2008.
