Publication of unaudited, non-consolidated financial statements

In accordance with the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d. and the ZTVP-1 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 51/06, UPB 2), KD d.d., Ljubljana, hereby publishes its unaudited, unconsolidated financial statements for the year 2006

KD Group, finančna družba, d.d., Celovška 206, Ljubljana, hereby publishes, in the attachment, the unaudited, unconsolidated financial statements for 2006 and key notes relating to the operations of KD Group d.d. The attached document will also be available from 30 March 2007 on the company’s website www.kd-group.si under ‘Notices’ in the ‘Public Announcements’ section.
