Publication of the summary of the audited annual report

In accordance with the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d. and the ZTVP-1 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 56/99), KD d.d., Ljubljana, hereby publishes a summary of the audited annual report, together with the auditor’s report, for the year 2005

of KD Group, financial company, d.d., Celovška cesta 206, 1000 Ljubljana, in accordance with the Securities Market Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 56/99, as amended and supplemented), on the SEOnet website and on the company’s website www.kd-group.si, a summary of the audited consolidated annual report of the KD Group for the financial year 2005 and the auditor’s special report on the summary of the annual report; and in the ‘Annual and Half-Yearly Reports’ section, the company also publishes the full audited consolidated annual report of the KD Group for the financial year 2005.
