Press conference announcement dated 30 June 2004

In accordance with the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d. and the ZTVP-1 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 56/99), KD d.d., Ljubljana, hereby issues the following announcement:

At a press conference on 30 June 2004, the KD Group presented last year’s business results and developments within the group. As Matjaž Gantar, Director of the KD Group, stated, they are satisfied with the Group’s performance over the past year, as they operated at a profit. Both pillars of the Group – KD Investments, management company, d.o.o. and the KD Holding Group – also operated at a profit. “Our business success in 2003 confirms that we are on the right track to achieving our set objectives. We remain a leader in the field of asset management, a major local stockbroker and a trusted partner in new foreign markets,” said Matjaž Gantar, summarising the business vision with optimism.
