Notice regarding transactions by persons performing management duties and persons closely associated with them

Pursuant to Article 19 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, KD, finančna družba, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana (hereinafter: the company) hereby publishes a notice regarding transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them, which the company received on 13 February 2019. The content of the notification is set out in the attachment.

This notice will also be published on the Company’s website www.kd-group.com under ‘Public Announcements’ from 13 February 2019 onwards, and will remain available for at least 5 years from the date of publication
