Pursuant to Article 19 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 and in accordance with Article 158 of the Financial Instruments Market Act, KD, finančna družba, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana (hereinafter: the company) hereby publishes a notice regarding transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them, which the company received on 9 January 2019.
