Notice regarding transactions by persons performing management duties and persons closely associated with them

Pursuant to Article 19 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 and in accordance with Article 158 of the Financial Instruments Market Act, KD, finančna družba, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana (hereinafter: the company) hereby publishes a notice regarding transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them, which the company received on 11 December 2020. The content of the notification is set out in the attachment.
From 11 December 2020 onwards,
this notification will also be published on the company’s website www.kd-fd.si under ‘Public Announcements’ and will remain there for at least five years from the date of publication.
