Notice regarding transactions by persons performing management duties and persons closely associated with them

Pursuant to Article 19 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 and in accordance with Article 158 of the Financial Instruments Market Act, KD, finančna družba, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana (hereinafter: the company) hereby publishes a notification regarding transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them, which the company received on 14 August 2020. The content of the notification is set out in the attachment.
 
This notice will also be published on the company’s website www.kd-fd.si under ‘Public Announcements’ from 17 August 2020 onwards, and will remain there for at least 5 years from the date of publication.
