Notice regarding transactions by persons performing management duties and persons closely associated with them

Pursuant to Article 19 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 and in accordance with Article 158 of the Financial Instruments Market Act, KD, finančna družba, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana (hereinafter: the company) hereby publishes a notice regarding transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them, which the company received on 8 November 2019. The content of the notification is set out in the attachment.

This notification will also be published on the Company’s website www.kd-fd.si under ‘Public Announcements’ from 8 November 2019 onwards, and will remain there for at least 5 years from the date of publication.
