Notice regarding transactions by persons performing management duties and persons closely associated with them

Pursuant to Article 19 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 and in accordance with Article 136 of the Financial Instruments Market Act, KD, finančna družba, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana (hereinafter: the Company) hereby publishes a notice regarding transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them, which the Company received on 5 July 2017. The content of the notification is set out in the attachment.

This notice will also be published on the Company’s website www.kd-fd.si under ‘Public Announcements’ from 5 July 2017 onwards and will remain there for at least five years from the date of publication.
