Notice regarding the final issue size of the SKD2 bonds

Pursuant to Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014, in accordance with Article 136 of the Financial Instruments Market Act and in connection with the notice issued by KD, finančna družba, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana (hereinafter: the Company) published on SEOnet and the Company’s website on 4 July 2017, the Company hereby informs the public that on 16 August 2017 it successfully completed the issue of bonds designated SKD2.  On the basis of the securities offering, which took place up to and including 16 August 2017, 80 subordinated bonds designated SKD2 were issued with a total nominal value of EUR 8,000,000.00, with a fixed interest rate of 7.80 per cent per annum and maturing on 1 September 2027.

This notice will also be published on the company’s website www.kd-fd.si under ‘Public Announcements’ from 17 August 2017 onwards, and will remain there for at least 5 years from the date of publication.
