Notice regarding the election of the Chair and Deputy Chair of the company’s Supervisory Board

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d. and the ZTVP-1 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 56/99), KD d.d., Ljubljana, hereby issues the following announcement:

At its 9th meeting, held on 16 December 2002 following the company’s 5th General Meeting of Shareholders, the Supervisory Board of KD Group d.d. elected Mr Milan Kneževič as Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Mr Sergej Racman as Deputy Chairman.
