Notice regarding the disposal of shares in the issuer, Poslovni sistem Mercator d.d.

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d. and ZTVP-1 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 51/06, UPB 2), KD d.d., Ljubljana, hereby issues the following announcement:

KD Group, financial company, d.d., Celovška cesta 206, Ljubljana (hereinafter: KD Group), hereby informs the public that on 30 October 2006 it sold 106,950 shares in Poslovni sistem Mercator d.d., Ljubljana, ticker symbol MELR, representing a 2.98 per cent stake in all the issuer’s issued shares, at a price of 43,990.00 SIT per share.

From 30 October 2006 until further notice, the company will also publish this notice on its website www.kd-group.si in the ‘Notices’ section under the heading ‘Public Announcements’.
