Notice regarding the acquisition of a qualifying holding

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d. and ZTVP-1 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 56/99), KD d.d., Ljubljana, hereby issues the following announcement:

KD Group, finančna družba d.d., Celovška cesta 206, Ljubljana, hereby publishes, in the attachment, a notice regarding the acquisition of a qualifying holding in KD Group d.d. by DRESDNER BANK SWITZERLAND LTD.

The company published this notice on 10 February 2006 in the newspaper *Dnevnik*; from that date until further notice, it will also be available on the company’s website at www.kd-group.si.
