Notice regarding significant shareholdings

KD, finančna družba, d.d., Celovška cesta 206, Ljubljana, in accordance with Article 124 of the Financial Instruments Market Act, hereby informs the public that on 26 9 September 2008, it received notification of the disposal of a significant holding of shares in the issuer KD d.d., with the ticker symbol SKDR (hereinafter: SKDR shares).

MGF Foundation, Vaduz, Liechtenstein, has informed us that on 21 August 2008 it disposed of 14,333 SKDR shares, representing 7.69 per cent of the voting rights attached to the SKDR shares. Following this disposal, the MGF Foundation no longer holds any SKDR shares.

The GRS Foundation, Vaduz, Liechtenstein, has informed us that on 21 August 2008 it disposed of 29,861 SKDR shares, representing 16.02 per cent of the voting rights attached to SKDR shares. Following this disposal, the GRS Foundation no longer holds any SKDR shares.

This notice will also be published on the company’s website www.kd-fd.si under ‘Public Announcements’ from 26 September 2008 onwards, for a period of at least five years from the date of publication.
