Notice regarding significant shareholdings

KD Group, finančna družba, d.d., Celovška cesta 206, Ljubljana, hereby informs the public that it has received a notification regarding a significant shareholding in accordance with the first paragraph of Article 573 of the Financial Instruments Market Act.

Hypo Alpe-Adria-Bank d.d., Ljubljana, acting on behalf of Hypo Alpe-Adria-Bank AG, Liechtenstein, has informed us that Hypo Alpe-Adria-Bank AG, Landstrasse 126a, 9494 Schaan, Liechtenstein, held 19,916 shares in KD Group d.d. as at 11 October 2007, representing a 10.68 per cent stake in all issued shares of KD Group d.d. with voting rights.
