Notice regarding a qualifying holding

KD Group, finančna družba, d.d., Celovška cesta 206, Ljubljana, hereby announces, in accordance with the fourth paragraph of Article 10 of the Takeovers Act (ZPre-1), that Nova Ljubljanska banka d.d., Ljubljana, on behalf of its client Raiffeisen Zentralbank AG Wien, Am Stadtpark 9, 1030 Vienna, Austria, that on 9 July 2007, Raiffeisen Zentralbank AG Vienna acquired 16,164 shares in the issuer KD Group d.d. (ticker symbol SKDR) and, following the acquisition, holds 16,164 shares with the ticker symbol SKDR, representing an 8.67 per cent stake in the voting rights.
