Notice regarding a qualifying holding

Correction to the notification of a qualifying holding dated 4 June 2007

: KD Group d.d., Celovška 206, Ljubljana, has received from Bank Austria Creditanstaldt d. d., Ljubljana, acting on behalf of BANK AUSTRIA CREDITANSTALT AG, Vienna, Austria, a correction to the notification of a qualifying holding, namely that the correct proportion of voting rights (shares) in the issuer KD Group d.d., which was disposed of by their client BANK AUSTRIA CREDITANSTALT AG, is correctly stated as 11.94% instead of 19.63%.
