Notice regarding a qualifying holding

KD Group, finančna družba, d.d., Celovška 206, Ljubljana, in accordance with the fourth paragraph of Article 10 of the Takeovers Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 79/06, hereinafter referred to as ZPre-1), hereby announces that it has received notification of the acquisition of a qualifying holding in the shares of the issuer KD Group d.d., with the ticker symbol SKDR.

Bank Austria Creditanstaldt d.d., Ljubljana, acting on behalf of its client BANK AUSTRIA CREDITANSTALT AG, Vordere Zollamstrasse 13, 1030 Vienna, Republic of Austria, has notified KD Group d.d. that on 31 May 2007, BANK AUSTRIA CREDITANSTALT AG, Vienna, disposed of 19.63% of the voting rights (shares) in the issuer KD Group d.d. and, following the disposal, holds a 7.69 per cent stake in the voting rights, or 14,333 shares with the ticker symbol SKDR.
