Pursuant to Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 and Article 148 of the Financial Instruments Market Act, KD, finančna družba, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, 1000 Ljubljana, hereby publishes, in the attachment, a notice regarding a change in the proportion of treasury shares.

The information contained in this announcement will be available on the company’s website, www.kd-fd.si, from 19 February 2025 onwards, for at least five years from the date of publication.
