Notice regarding a change in the proportion of treasury shares

KD, financial company, d.d., Celovška cesta 206, Ljubljana, hereby informs the public that on 17 February 2012 it acquired 8,540 of its own shares, designated SKDR, with a total value of EUR 3,843,000.00. The total number of own shares with the ticker symbol SKDR prior to the aforementioned acquisition was 4,483, representing 2.40 per cent of all issued shares with the ticker symbol SKDR. The total number of treasury shares following the aforementioned acquisition is 13,023, representing 6.99% of all issued shares with the SKDR symbol. This notice will also be published on the company’s website www.kd-fd.si under ‘Public Announcements’ from 20 February 2012 onwards, for a period of at least 5 years. KD d. d.
