Notice of the registration of a reduction in share capital

KD, financial company, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana (hereinafter: the company), pursuant to Article 17 of Regulation 596/2014/EU and applicable legislation, hereby informs the public that on 30 October 2020 a court order was issued regarding the registration of an amendment to the Company’s Articles of Association due to a reduction in share capital through the cancellation of own shares with the symbol SKDR.
Following the entry of the amendments in the court register on 30 October 2020:
- the Company’s share capital amounts to: EUR 1,304,122.84 -
the number of issued shares with the symbol SKDR: 156,260
The company will subsequently withdraw 13,919 shares with the ticker symbol SKDR from the organised market of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and delete the withdrawn shares from the central securities register at KDD – Central Clearing and Depository Company, d.d
. This notice will also be published on the company’s website www.kd-fd.si from 2 November 2020 onwards, within the ‘Public Announcements’ section, for a period of at least 5 years.
