Notice of the entry of amendments to the Articles of Association of KD d.d. in the Court Register

KD, finančna družba, d.d., Celovška cesta 206, 1000 Ljubljana, received on 16 November 2009 a decision of the District Court in Ljubljana, pursuant to which the amendments to the Articles of Association, adopted at the 15th General Meeting of Shareholders on 9 November 2009, were entered in the court register. Pursuant to the decision received, the terms of office of the Supervisory Board and the Management Board ceased on 16 November 2009, and the term of office of the company’s Management Board, comprising the following members, commenced

:- Mr Milan Kneževič (Chairman of the Management Board),
- Mr Sergej Racman (Deputy Chairman of the Management Board),
- Mr Matjaž Gantar (Member of the Management Board, Executive Director),
- Mr Aleksander Sekavčnik (Member of the Management Board),
- Mr Tomaž Butina (Member of the Board of Directors).

This notice will also be published on the website www.kd-fd.si under ‘Public Announcements’ from 17 November 2009 onwards.
