Notice of a Supervisory Board meeting

In accordance with the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d. and ZTVP-1 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 51/06, UPB 2), KD d.d., Ljubljana, hereby publishes the following announcement:

The Supervisory Board of KD Group, finančna družba, d.d., Celovška cesta 206, Ljubljana, held its 9th meeting on 7 December 2006, at which it reviewed the KD Group’s operations for the period January–September 2006, the assessment of business performance for 2006 and current activities.

This notice will also be published on the website www.kd-group.si from 7 December 2006 until further notice, in the ‘Notices’ section under the heading ‘Public Announcements’.
