Notice of a Supervisory Board meeting

In accordance with the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d.d., Ljubljana, and the applicable legislation, KD d.d., Ljubljana, hereby issues the following announcement:

The Supervisory Board of KD, a financial company, d.d., Celovška cesta 206, Ljubljana, held its 20th meeting on 6 March 2009, at which, following the expiry of the term of office of the Director of KD d.d., , re-appointed Matjaž Gantar as Director of KD d.d. with effect from 7 March 2009 for a further four-year term.

This notice will also be published on the company’s website, www.kd-fd.si, under ‘Public Announcements’ from 6 March 2009 onwards.
