Notice of a change in a significant shareholding

KD, finančna družba, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana (hereinafter: the company), in accordance with Article 124 of the Financial Instruments Market Act, hereby informs the public that on 12 5 May 2015 it received notifications regarding changes to significant shareholdings in the shares of KD d.d. with the symbol SKDR (hereinafter: SKDR shares).

MIG AM Plus d.o.o., Rožna dolina, Cesta XVII 15, Ljubljana,  has informed the company that on 11 May 2015 it disposed of 12,444 SKDR shares, representing 6.67 per cent of all SKDR shares or 7.25 per cent of the voting rights attached to SKDR shares. Following the transaction, MIG AM PLUS no longer holds any SKDR shares.

MIG AM Plus Limited, Karaiskaki 13, Limassol, Cyprus, has notified the company that on 11 May 2015 it acquired 12,444 SKDR shares. Prior to the acquisition of the shares, MIG AM Plus Limited held 12,100 SKDR shares; and following the acquisition, it holds 24,544 shares in SKDR, representing 13.16 per cent of all SKDR shares or 14.30 per cent of the voting rights attached to SKDR shares.

This notice will also be published on the company’s website www.kd-fd.si under ‘Public Announcements’ from 12 May 2015 onwards, and will remain there for at least 5 years from the date of publication. KD
