Notice of a change in a significant shareholding

KD, finančna družba, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana, hereby announces to the public, in accordance with Article 124 of the Financial Instruments Market Act, that on 3 April 2014, it received notification of a change in significant shareholdings in KD d.d. with the ticker symbol SKDR (hereinafter: SKDR shares).

Caranthania Investments S.A., Blvd. De la Foire 16A, Luxembourg, informed the company that on 19 March 2014 it had disposed of 1,567 SKDR shares. Prior to the transaction, Caranthania Investments S.A. held 29,299 SKDR shares, representing 15.72 per cent of the voting rights attached to SKDR shares; following the disposal, Caranthania Investments S.A. holds 27,732 SKDR shares, representing 14.87 per cent of the voting rights attached to SKDR shares.

This notice will also be published on the company’s website www.kd-fd.si under ‘Public Announcements’ from 3 April 2014 onwards, and will remain there for at least five years from the date of publication.
