D, financial company, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana, in accordance with Articles 141 and 147 of the Financial Instruments Market Act and the Decision on Information on Significant Shareholdings (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 30/19), hereby informs the public that on 37 July 2023, it received notification of a change in a significant shareholding in the shares of KD d.d., ticker symbol SKDR (hereinafter: SKDR shares), from the company Sekavčnik in Družbenik d.n.o.
