KD, financial company, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana, in accordance with Articles 141 and 147 of the Financial Instruments Market Act and the Decision on Information on Significant Shareholdings (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 30/19) hereby informs the public that on 13 October 2020 it received notification of a change in a significant shareholding in the shares of KD d.d. with the ticker symbol SKDR (hereinafter: SKDR shares) from Delany Holdings Limited.

This notification will also be published on the company’s website www.kd-fd.si under ‘Public Announcements’ from 13 October 2020 onwards, and will remain there for at least five years from the date of publication.
