KD, financial company, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana, in accordance with Articles 141 and 147 of the Financial Instruments Market Act and the Decision on Information Concerning Significant Shareholdings (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 30/19), hereby informs the public that on 23 June 2020 it received notification of a change in a significant shareholding in the shares of KD d.d., with the ticker symbol SKDR (hereinafter: SKDR shares) held by KDG Naložbe d.o.o., and on 26 June 2020, a notification regarding a change in the significant shareholding in SKDR shares held by Delany Holding.

This notice will also be published on the company’s website www.kd-fd.si under ‘Public Announcements’ from 26 June 2020 onwards, and will remain there for at least 5 years from the date of publication.
