Notice of a change in a significant shareholding

KD, finančna družba, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana, in accordance with Articles 141 and 147 of the Financial Instruments Market Act, hereby informs the public that on 13 June2019, it received a notification regarding a change in significant shareholdings in the shares of KD d.d. with the ticker symbol SKDR (hereinafter: SKDR shares) held by Delany Holdings Ltd. The


content of the notification is set out in the attachment.

This notification will also be published on the company’s website www.kd-fd.si under ‘Public Announcements’ from 13 June 2019 onwards, and will remain there for at least five years from the date of publication.
