Notice of a change in a significant shareholding

KD, financial company, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana, in accordance with Articles 118 and 124 of the Financial Instruments Market Act,  hereby informs the public that on 19 September 2018 it received notification of a change in significant shareholdings in the shares of KD d.d., with the ticker symbol SKDR (hereinafter: SKDR shares), held by Soroli Invest Limited, Karaiskaki 13, Limassol, Cyprus, and MIG AM PLUS LIMITED, Karaiskaki 13, Limassol, Cyprus.

The content of the notifications is set out in the attachment.

This notification will also be published on the company’s website www.kd-fd.si under ‘Public Announcements’ from 19 September 2018 onwards, and will remain there for at least five years from the date of publication. KD
