Notice of a change in a significant shareholding

KD, finančna družba, d.d., Dunajska cesta 63, Ljubljana (hereinafter: the company), hereby informs the public that on 1 July 2016 it received notifications regarding changes to significant shareholdings in KD d.d. shares with the ticker symbol SKDR (hereinafter: SKDR shares).

TIKAN HOLDING LIMITED, Griva Digeni Avenue 115, Limassol, Cyprus, has informed the Company that on 27 June 2016 it disposed of 9,833 SKDR shares, representing 5.27 per cent of the voting rights attached to SKDR shares. Following this transaction, TIKAN HOLDINGS LIMITED is no longer a holder of SKDR shares.

MIG AM PLUS LIMITED, Karaiskaki 13, Limassol, Cyprus, has informed the company that on 27 June 2016 it acquired 9,833 shares in SKDR. Prior to the acquisition of the shares, MIG AM PLUS LIMITED held 26,694 SKDR shares, representing 14.318 per cent of the voting rights attached to SKDR shares; and following the acquisition, it holds 36,527 SKDR shares, representing 19.592 per cent of the voting rights attached to SKDR shares.

This notice will also be published on the company’s website www.kd-fd.si under ‘Public Announcements’ from 4 July 2016 onwards, and will remain available for at least five years from the date of publication.
